At the recommendation of my daughter, a recent graduate in nutrition, I’m now following two simple rules, and beginning to lose the pounds I’d found.

Rule 1: Stop eating when you’re full

Rule 2: If your having difficulty deciding which menu selection to choose, pick the one lower in calories, and/or better for you.
